Ingredients (all organically grown):
Turmeric (Curcuma longa)
Ashwagandha (Withiana somnifera)
Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum)
Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum)
Black pepper (Piper nigrum)

To prepare:
Heat 12 oz of milk of choice until steaming. Mix in 1 tsp of Golden Milk blend and 1 Tbsp of maple syrup or sweentener of your choice. Enjoy!
