A nourishing and adaptogenic blend of herbs to support the body during burnout, stress, and depletion. 
Ingredients

*Nettle leaf (Urtica diocia)
*Oat straw and tops (Avena sativa)
*Tulsi leaf (Octimum tenifolium)
*Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
*Eleuthero root (Eleutherococcus senticosus)
*Lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis)
*Agrimony leaf (Agrimonia eupatoria)
*Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum)

Brewing Instructions

Add 1 Tbsp of tea per 8-12 oz boiled filtered or spring water. Steep covered for 15-20 mins. Strain and Enjoy!
